🔐 Clarification on Tick Mark in Digitally Signed Government Documents The Department of Electronics & IT has issued a clarification regarding the absence of tick marks in digitally signed PDF documents . With the latest versions of e-Office (v5.6 and above) , digital signature details will appear only within the original digital version of the document. However, the printed version will no longer show a green tick mark or any visual indicator beside the signature. This update has led to confusion among both officials and the public. As per ISO 32000-1 PDF standards , digital signature validity should be verified using the document itself and not with any visual tick or mark. 📌 Important Notes: No tick marks (green or any color) will appear next to digital signatures in printed documents. ⭐ പിതൃത്വ അവധി (Paternity Leave) – KSR P1 Rule 102B വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ ⭐ ✅ GO(P) No. 85/2011/Fin (26‑02‑2011) : 10 ദിവസം പിതൃത്വ അവധി; രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുടെ ജനനത്തിനായി (ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് രണ്ട് തവണ). ✅ GO(P) No. 342/2011/Fin (11‑08‑2011) : Leave авах two options: 📅 Deliveryക്ക് 10 ദിവസം മുൻപ്–Doctor ന്‍റെ Expected Delivery Certificate_attach ചെയ്യണം. 📅 Deliveryക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള 3 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ–Date of Delivery Certificate_attach. ✅ GO(P) No. 27/2013/Fin : Paternity leave is treated as duty, including probation and promotion periods. ✅ GO(P) No. 2/2014/P&ARD (08‑01‑2014) : Leave salary per KSR Rule 92 (earned leave salary & allowances). Not debited to leave account; but entry required in Service Book & Special Leave Register. Cannot earn additional leave during this period (no EL accumulation).
