  • Leave salary per KSR Rule 92 (earned leave salary & allowances).

👨‍👩‍👧 Contract Staff – Are They Eligible?

🛑 Not Automatically Eligible: Kerala Service Rules (KSR) do not cover contract-based staff. Paternity leave is not a statutory right for them under Rule 102B.
