SPARK Physical Service Book Upload & Approval Steps

🔰 Physical Service Book Upload & Approval in SPARK

[As per Circular No.08/2025/Fin dated 01-02-2025]

📁 Step 1: Upload Scanned Service Book (SB)

Login: Establishment Login / DDO Login
Navigation: Service Matters → Scanned Service Book → Upload Scanned Service Book

👉 Select your Department, Office, DDO Code, and Bill Type
👉 Choose the Employee
👉 Upload the scanned Service Book as a single PDF file
⚠️ Each page should be scanned at max resolution of 100 KB/page.

✅ Step 2: Approve Uploaded Service Book

Login: DDO Login
Navigation: Service Matters → Scanned Service Book → Verify Scanned SB

👉 Select Dept, Office, DDO Code, Bill Type
👉 Select PEN, Name & Designation
👉 Tick the "Certificate of Verification" checkbox
👉 Click Submit button to approve.

📊 Step 3: View Uploaded SB Status

Navigation: Service Matters → Scanned Service Book → View Uploaded Service Book

👉 Select Dept, Office, DDO Code, Bill Type
👉 View uploaded records along with PEN, Employee Name & Approval Status

📌 Make sure scanned Service Book is complete and legible. Approval must be handled by the DDO using their login.
