KSMART Update: Occupancy Completion Fee Details Now Visible in All Logins

✅ Occupancy Completion - Fee Details View Option Enabled

🟢 A new accordion titled Permit Fee has been added to the Occupancy Completion application across all logins:

• Licensee
• Citizen
• Operator
• Enquiry Officer
• Verifier
• Approver

🟢 In the Licensee login, while preparing the Occupancy Completion application, the system displays fee details based on the entered built-up area.

🟢 If any excess built-up area is detected, a regularization fee will be displayed. Otherwise, the amount shown will be 0.

🟢 Even though this feature is added to all logins, only Approvers can generate the demand if excess area is found.

🔁 This update ensures transparency in permit fee calculations for all stakeholders.
