It’s coming due to missing accounts heads mapping associated with the particular activity.Technical team is refining the mappings so that expenditure booked under correct account heads.This refining is under process for six tier accounting system. Because we are mapping the account heads at back end during admin sanction for better accuracy.

ReplyDelete*2024-25 വർഷത്തെ ആക്ടിവിറ്റികളിൽ AS നൽകാതിരുന്ന ആക്ടിവിറ്റികൾക്കാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ "Major ID cannot be null" എന്ന error message വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത്. ആ ആക്ടിവിറ്റികൾ Abandon ചെയ്യാതെ മറ്റു മാർഗ്ഗമില്ല. Report ചെയ്ത എല്ലാറ്റിനും _"Activity is not compatible with 6 tier accounting mappings. Please mark it as abandoned_." എന്ന മറുപടിയാണ് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് എല്ലാപഞ്ചായത്തുകളും 2024-25 Administrative Sanction നൽകാൻ ശേഷിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ആക്ടിവിറ്റികൾക്കും AS നൽകുക. അപ്പോൾ "Major ID cannot be null" error message വരുന്ന ആക്ടിവിറ്റികൾ Abandon ചെയ്ത ശേഷം എല്ലാം കൂടി ഒരു സപ്ലിമെൻ്ററി പ്ലാനിൽ ചെയ്യുക. ഒരു ആക്ടിവിറ്റി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് Planner (Panchayat Development Plan) ലേക്ക് Save and Forward ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അവ പ്ലാനറിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല എങ്കിൽ ആ ആക്ടിവിറ്റി Six Tier Accounting System ന് Compatible അല്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക. അതിന് പകരമായി അതിനു തുല്യമായ മറ്റ് ആക്ടിവിറ്റി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
