📋 Detailed Guidelines:
- 📌 Annexure-A is issued by the Head of Department/ Appointing Authority
➤ Requires Police Verification & Vigilance Clearance through the department. - 📌 Annexure-G can be issued by the Appointing Authority / Head of Office / Controlling Officer.
- 📌 Annexure-H is a self-declaration to be submitted to the Employer.
➤ Fill two copies and submit to office head for signature & seal. One copy is retained by office, one returned to employee.
