🔰 K-SMART – PGR Module Update
The K-SMART Public Grievance Redressal (PGR) Module has been upgraded with several new features and bug fixes, improving both Citizen Login and Employee Login experiences.
👨💼 Citizen Login Updates
- 📝 Acknowledgement Slip – New format released.
- 📅 Date Correction – Discrepancy in Applied Date and Service Delivery Date has been fixed.
- 📂 Application Extract – Citizens can now download submitted complaints/grievances with attachments.
- ↩️ Returned Reason – Returned reasons now correctly displayed in the application.
- ✍️ Rich Text Editor – Implemented in “Matter of Grievance/Complaint” field for better formatting.
- 📨 Rich Text Editor – Implemented in “Reply Matter” field (Reply from Respondent).
👩💻 Employee Login Updates
- 🖥️ New Workflow UI implemented for better navigation.
- 🔒 Return to Citizen option restricted to Verifier and Approver roles only.
- 📥 Document Download – Employees can now download attached documents from complaints.
- ✍️ Rich Text Editor – Implemented in “Complaint Matter” field (Report a Violation).
👉 These updates enhance the transparency, usability, and efficiency of the K-SMART PGR system, making grievance handling more citizen-friendly.
