eGramSwaraj ൽ Offline Asset എങ്ങനെ ചേർക്കാം? (Maintenance & Upgradation Works SOP)

പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിൽ maintenance അല്ലെങ്കിൽ upgradation work നടത്തുന്നതിനായി ആദ്യം നിലവിലുള്ള asset system ൽ map ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. eGramSwaraj portal പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ച ശേഷം എല്ലാ CFC fund works സിസ്റ്റത്തിൽ തന്നെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

ചില പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ പഴയ asset eGramSwaraj ൽ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് Offline Asset Management Module ഉപയോഗിച്ച് register ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

1️⃣ Asset Mapping നിർബന്ധമാണോ?

• Maintenance അല്ലെങ്കിൽ upgradation work ചെയ്യുന്നത് existing asset നു മാത്രം.
• അത് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ plan ൽ map ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.
• 2020 മുതൽ eGramSwaraj പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ എല്ലാ CFC works system ൽ enter ചെയ്യണം.

2️⃣ Offline Asset Registration എപ്പോൾ ചെയ്യാം?

ചിലപ്പോൾ asset മറ്റൊരു scheme വഴി നിർമ്മിച്ചതാകാം, എന്നാൽ maintenance work eGramSwaraj വഴി ചെയ്യേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം വരാം.

ഉദാഹരണം:

• JJM scheme വഴി നിർമ്മിച്ച water tank
• ഇപ്പോൾ CFC fund ഉപയോഗിച്ച് maintenance ചെയ്യണം

ഇത്തരം കേസുകളിൽ മാത്രം Offline Asset Management Module ഉപയോഗിച്ച് asset register ചെയ്യാം.

3️⃣ Completed Works Update ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് നിർബന്ധം

Field ൽ work complete ആയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും system ൽ update ചെയ്യാത്ത work ആണെങ്കിൽ asset maintenance planning ൽ കാണാൻ കഴിയില്ല.

അതിനാൽ completed works നിർബന്ധമായി eGramSwaraj ൽ update ചെയ്യണം.

4️⃣ Asset Completed ആയി Mark ചെയ്യാനുള്ള Steps

1. Login to eGramSwaraj
2. Work Progress Management tab open ചെയ്യുക
3. Progress Reporting menu തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക
4. Register Progress Reporting click ചെയ്യുക
5. Activity select ചെയ്യുക
6. Physical Progress open ചെയ്യുക
7. Asset Completed checkbox tick ചെയ്യുക
8. Is Physical & Financial Progress Completed = Yes select ചെയ്യുക
9. Save & Submit ചെയ്യുക

ഇതോടെ asset system ൽ visible ആയിരിക്കും, maintenance planning ൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.

5️⃣ Offline Asset Entry Enable ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആരാണ്?

Offline asset registration നേരിട്ട് പഞ്ചായത്തിന് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. അതിന് State Admin അല്ലെങ്കിൽ District Admin permission നൽകണം.

ഇത് Progress Reporting section ൽ configure ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

Menu Path:

Master Data Management → Define Offline Asset → ADD

6️⃣ State / District Admin ചെയ്യേണ്ട Steps

1. Define Offline Asset Entry Details form open ചെയ്യുക
2. Plan Unit Type select ചെയ്യുക
3. Panchayat details select ചെയ്യുക
4. From Date select ചെയ്യുക
5. To Date select ചെയ്യുക
6. Save button click ചെയ്യുക
