🔐 Clarification on Tick Mark in Digitally Signed Government Documents The Department of Electronics & IT has issued a clarification regarding the absence of tick marks in digitally signed PDF documents . With the latest versions of e-Office (v5.6 and above) , digital signature details will appear only within the original digital version of the document. However, the printed version will no longer show a green tick mark or any visual indicator beside the signature. This update has led to confusion among both officials and the public.
